After thirteen years of classical dance, I came to yoga at the age of 16. Initially attracted by the physical asana, I fell in love with practice as I opened its spiritual aspects. I moved to Paris from the US in 2013 for my studies, and my daily yoga practice helped me stay grounded through this major life transformation.
